Submitting a form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message on your device — the information is sent directly to our WhatsApp number by you, and is not separately stored on a server by this website. From that point, it's handled as part of our normal WhatsApp conversation with you, the same as any message you'd send us directly.
Analytics
We may use basic, privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages and buttons are useful (for example, how many people click "Talk to a Consultant"). This does not include the content of any message you send us.
